Membership

To apply to be an Individual Member of Farringdon Village Hall (a charitable incorporated organisation) please fill in this application form and press submit.  Please complete a separate form for each individual member (not per residence). Membership is open at anytime, there is no cut-off date. 

Membership is FREE.

But in the event that the Charity is dissolved whilst you are a Member or within 12 months thereafter you will pay a sum not exceeding £1 towards the cost of dissolution and any liabilities incurred by the Charity.

Dear Sir Farringdon Village Hall – Charity Number: 1206624.( “the Charity”) I apply to be a Member of Farringdon Village Hall, a charitable incorporated organisation, registered address Forge Barn, Shirnall Hill, Upper Farringdon, Hampshire, GU34 3EJ. Charity Registration Number 1206624. I have read the Constitution of the Charity and accept the provisions of that document. I acknowledge that in the event that the Charity is dissolved whilst I am a Member or within 12 months thereafter I will pay a sum not exceeding £1 towards the cost of dissolution and any liabilities incurred by the Charity. If my application is successful, I agree that I shall sign the Register of Members of the Charity. I consent to my details being held by the Charity for purposes of the Charity. I confirm that I reside in or own a property in the Parish of Farringdon.
